MMF

Forsøkte meg for første gang på hjemmelaget marshmellows fondant i går kveld.

(MMF) Resultatet ble bra og ikke minst farlig godt! :-)

Nå skal det trylles frem flotte kaker og cupcakes!

 

                                             Slik lager du MMF                                                      

Ha 500 g marshmellows i en stor bolle med 2 ss. vann

Sett bollen i mikroen i ca 2 min. til mellowsen er est opp.

Tilsett 2 ss. delfia og rør godt!

Tilsett farge om ønskelig før

ca. 400-500 g melis blandes inn etter ønsket konsistens.

Fondanten egner seg godt som lokk på kaker, og  man kan forme blomster og andre figurer.

Holder seg godt i kjøleskapet, men pakk den godt inn i plast og ta den ut i god tid før den skal brukes ;-)

Dette har jeg laget før også. Blir veldig bra, og ikke minst godt. Jeg klarer allikevel ikke spise altfor mye av det før jeg blir kvalm, men det er kanskje like greit. ;) =P
